Full Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 4 apk platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are permitted to hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. 4 apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact details available on the FAQ page. 4 apk will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account for any purpose.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the 4 apk platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are accepted via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet, and are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require you to have completed at least one deposit using the same payment method. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are detailed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within your account. 4 apk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulentactivity or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 4 apk platform are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements that are stated clearly on the Promotion page at the time of the offer. Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit or action has been completed and verified. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 4 apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming. Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You have the right to set deposit limits, session time limits, and to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, and any balance held in that account may be withheld pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4 apk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, and software, is the property of 4 apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

4 apk provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 4 apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes losses arising from technical faults, delays in payment processing, or interruptions to game availability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 4 apk platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 4 apk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
